Katia Da Ros has been appointed as the new President of Venice International Foundation. Already a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, with this new role she continues her longstanding commitment to the Foundation, taking on a position of leadership and strategic vision.
An entrepreneur, Vice President and CEO of Irinox Spa, a benefit corporation, Katia Da Ros is also a passionate art collector, member of the Advisory Board of ArtVerona, and International Patron of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice. She has previously served as National Vice President of Confindustria, with responsibility for culture, sustainability, and the environment. Her appointment marks a sign of continuity, following the path traced by past Presidents Luca Bombassei and founder Franca Mancino Coin.
The Board of Directors of VIF is further enriched with the appointment of new members who bring with them diverse expertise and perspectives: Alberica Brivio Sforza, Carla Comelli Bossi, Carlo Alberto Demichelis, Antonella Negri Clementi, Roberta Rossi Polato, and Sigifredo di Canossa.
They join the current members Ferigo Foscari Widmann Rezzonico (Vice President), Giacomo Cavallucci, Matteo Zoppas, and Guido Venturini, forming a team drawn from diverse geographies and fields – economic, cultural, and entrepreneurial – ensuring complementary skills and a shared vision capable of adding value to Venice International Foundation.
