Founder and CEO of Global Strategy, a strategic and financial consulting firm founded in 2006, specializing in supporting family businesses. With over 30 years of experience in the sector, she has developed a deep understanding of entrepreneurial dynamics and sustainable growth processes. Since 2009, she has chaired the OsservatorioPMI® of Global Strategy, a qualitative and quantitative research project dedicated to studying Italian mid-cap companies, with the aim of identifying and promoting excellence in their respective industries. She serves as an Independent Director in various industrial and financial entities. She has successfully managed the turnaround processes of companies active in diverse industries such as textiles and fashion, wood processing, and armament. Graduating with honors in Economics and Commerce from Bocconi University in Milan, she has served for over 10 years as a Contract Professor of Planning and Control at Luigi Bocconi Commercial University and as a lecturer at the Business School in the Administration and Control area. A passionate art collector, a passion inherited from her father, who, in addition to being a well-known lawyer, was an eclectic and curious collector. Her collection, started in 2010, has gradually expanded with works chosen from the realm of modern and contemporary art, including sculptures, paintings with abstract subjects, and photographic works. Some of the pieces are displayed in Global Strategy’s offices in Milan, where art becomes a living element of the professional context, contributing to creating an inspiring environment. The corporate collection has been included in the volume “Il segno dell’arte nelle imprese – Le collezioni corporate italiane per l’arte moderna e contemporanea”.
